A Brand That Has Evolved from Edo to Today
Mikawa Bushi is a sake using rice that all comes
from the Mikawa area of our home prefecture of Aichi.
It is the oldest of Maruishi's sakes,
a brand at has been continued since the feudal Edo period.
It features the traditional flavor of Okazaki,
in which sweetness and acidity go hand in hand,
with an added touch of today.
It is a sake that definitely deserves to be enjoyed
in Aichi with local Aichi food items.
